With a rich background in civil engineering, Don specializes in large, integrated public works projects. His extensive portfolio includes managing and designing over 50 pump stations for public agencies, ranging from 150 to 6,000 gallons per minute (gpm). These facilities boast multiple pump control and variable-speed drive configurations.

Don brings unparalleled expertise in trenchless pipe construction, rehabilitation, and condition assessment. He has successfully designed and executed over 50,000 feet of gravity sanitary, pressure pipe, and storm sewer pipe using cutting-edge trenchless technologies. Don's mastery covers a diverse range of methods and materials, including boring/jacking, pipe ramming, directional drilling, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), sliplining, segmented pipe insertion, pipe bursting, and microtunneling.
